Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float pool team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that promote health, mobility, and overall wellness.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Licensure: Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred.
- Float pool, agency, or contract experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and medical documentation systems.
- Valid driver's license and/or access to a reliable vehicle or transportation.
Compensation
- $50.00-$55.00 an hour
