We are seeking a full-time Insurance Payment Poster to join the Trusted Doctors billing team. Trusted Doctors will provide remote onboarding and training. Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a Primary Pediatric or Family Practice setting for insurance payment posting.
- Candidates must have a solid understanding of insurance payment posting.
- The ability to read and understand an explanation of benefits (Deductibles, Coinsurance, Copays, Denials)
- Experience, working with insurance companies on claim issues and follow-up.
- Office Practicum experience a plus.
- A HIPAA-compliant workspace is essential for communicating with patients and insurance companies..
- This is a full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
