We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional to join our thriving pediatric primary care practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with our medical team to provide integrated behavioral health care.
- Conduct initial evaluations, triage, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy -informed interventions, Parent Management Training, and brief interventions.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and maintain excellent communication skills, including timely documentation and billing.
- Provide culturally competent, family-centered care to a diverse patient population.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), or Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
- Experience providing behavioral health care to children aged 5-18 years old.
- Proficient diagnosing and treating children and adolescents with ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression
. - Strong skills in evaluation, triage, and development of treatment plans.
- Experience with delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
- Ability to work effectively within a medical team, ensuring holistic care coordination.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with behavior management for toddlers.
- Experience with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Autism.
- Expertise in Parent Management Training and Brief Interventions.
- Demonstrated cultural competence in working with a wide range of patients.
- Ability to deliver family-centered care and support.
