Job description
Trusted Energy Solar is seeking highly-motivated candidates to join our growing field marketing teams in California. We are seeking individuals that are ready to help us deliver better savings, better service and better solar to homeowners looking for solar and roofing services.
Responsibilities
- Represent Trusted Energy Solar and Roofing by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy and Roofing services to deliver homeowners the best experience.
- Meet or exceed individual and team field marketing appointment goals
- Participate in trainings to help you grow and master your craft.
- Field Marketing Representatives are the face of Trusted Energy and are responsible for spreading awareness in their designated areas.
- Provide better service, better savings, better solar by making more contacts with homeowners to help the sales representatives get the appointment set.
- This position is a door to door sales position with unlimited income potential
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Positive mindset and a dedicated work approach
- Receptive to feedback and driven to succeed
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure and achieve or surpass sales targets
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Adaptable; proficient in juggling multiple tasks, resolving issues, and setting priorities
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone (preferably iOS) are required
- 1 years of experience preferred in any of these fields (NOT REQUIRED):
- Home security sales, Roofing Sales, Satellite TV sales, Car Sales, Pest control sales, Smart home technology sales, Direct sales, Experience in lead generation and/or sales management
