Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs

- Help clients navigate and access community resources and support services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of mental health
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia (LCSW)
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare or mental health setting
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Certification in any of these specialized areas of social work (acute care, trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling)
