Job Overview:
Trusted Health is seeking a skilled and experienced registered nurse for a travel nursing assignment in a Telemetry Unit. As a traveling nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across the country while gaining valuable experience and skills.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 24 months of experience as a registered nurse
- 36 months of experience in a Telemetry Unit within the last 4 years
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system

- Successful placements here have 3 years exp, previous travel exp, and have worked in a very busy hospital in the past
