Traveling ICU Registered Nurse
We are seeking an experienced ICU registered nurse to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced Telemetry Unit. As a trusted member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of experience as a registered nurse
- 24 months of experience in a Telemetry Unit or similar setting
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred
