Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide high-quality patient care on the Medical Surgical Unit
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 12 months of experience as a nurse
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- 6 months of travel experience
- Experience with Cerner is required
- South Carolina license or compact license
- Must be willing to float to multiple units
- COVID vaccination required after submission
- Flu vaccination required after submission
