About the Role
We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our Resource Float Pool team for a 13-week travel nursing assignment. As a member of this diversely skilled team, you will float throughout our two campuses to provide support where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of medical surgical settings, including observation, med surg, PCU, and IMC units.
- Float to additional units and locations as needed, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Arizona license or compact license required.
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience preferred.
- Flu vaccination required.
- Additional certifications or health documents may be required.
Work Environment
You will be working at Banner Health's two campuses: BUMC-Tucson (Level I Trauma, 625 beds) and BUMC-South (Level IV Trauma, 245 beds).
