About the Job:
- This role requires at least 24 months of experience as a nurse and 12 months of experience in a Medical Surgical Unit.
- Candidates must have a valid Missouri license or a compact license that can be activated after submission.
- The nurse will need to float to multiple units, with local and travel options available.
Shift Details:
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Additional Requirements:
- Weekend Hours: As required by facility (every other weekend)
- No call requirements
- May be floated to other units depending on staffing needs
- All contingency requests must be listed on the submission form
- Type of patients on unit: Med/Surg patients
- Scrub color: Black
- Flexible guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours (must be listed on submission form)
- Blocked scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements (must be listed on submission form)
- RTO of 5 days or less (must make up the week on the back end)
- Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment
Auto Offer Guidelines:
- Flexible guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours (must be listed on submission form)
- Blocked scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements (must be listed on submission form)
- RTO of 5 days or less (must make up the week on the back end)
- Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment
- Auto offers are contingent upon facility approval. Offers may be retracted within 48 hours by the facility.
