Penn State Health is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) for a long-term locum tenens assignment at their Children s Hospital in Hershey, PA. This role focuses on nights and weekends with occasional weekday day shifts, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a high-acuity neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Providers must meet licensing and procedural requirements and be able to complete required air and ground transport training.

  • Position : Locum Tenens Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Start Date : ASAP
  • End Date : Ongoing (1 year commitment required)
  • Shifts :

Weekday Nights : 4 PM 8 AM

  • Weekends : 12-hour shifts (7 AM 7 PM and 7 PM 7 AM)
  • Occasional Weekday Days : 7 AM 5 PM
  • Transport Training : Required for air and ground transport (45-hour in-person training online course)
