**Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:15 AM Experience:• 12 months of Long Term Care experience is required from last 3 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
1 year of experience must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Every other weekend required.
Holidays if it falls on your rotation.
10-13 weeks
36hr guaranteed.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Prior work experience in like or related position.
1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
