**Experience:• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Outpatient Clinic experience is required from last 2 years.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
40 hours/week
Varied schedule - some weekends available Sat 9-5 Sun 9-3
Weekend Requirements: Some weekends required/Holiday coverage required if needed
On Call Requirements: None
Our Express Care services are for patients ages 1 and older
Conditions that can be treated include, but are not limited to:
Sprains and strains
Skin rashes
Cuts and lacerations
Respiratory infections
Eye injuries
Fractures
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload
Pediatric experience required for this need
Urgent care experience required
Experience with patients of all ages - Required
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Maximum days off: 5 days
1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
