Travel (RN) - Call Center / Telephone Triage

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

• 12 months of Call Center / Telephone Triage experience is required from last 3 years.

• ADN completion required Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable. Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs. Guaranteed Hours: 36 On-Call In-Person Home Health care is also required, as necessary Will travel to and from patient homes within a 30 min radius to provide direct patient care, fleet car provided Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation. Required: At least 1 year of experience in an adult acute care population Preferred Education: Bachelor Degree in Nursing 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission 1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications:
