**Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Experience:• 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Block scheduling requests will not be accepted.
No RTO within the first 2 weeks of start date & no major holiday RTO will be accepted (including holiday weekends and surrounding days.)
Shift: Monday to Friday
On call : 2 nights/week & every other weekend. Holiday rotation is required.
Float required.
Travelers requesting time off (RTO) during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated. This policy applies to the following holidays: Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Travelers may address any holiday RTO directly with the manager after arriving onsite for their assignment by using the RTO form.

• **AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW**: Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
