**Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience:• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of MDS Coordinator experience is required from last 3 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
1 year of experience must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Knowledge of the RAI/ MDS process
Must be certified through AANAC as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) within 6 months
Must have LTC MDS coordinator experience
2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
