**Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from last 3 years.
• 36 months of Pediatric Infusion Center experience is required from last 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Skilled Home & Infusion Nurse
Either five 8 hour days from 8:30-5 or four 10 hour days from 8 to 6:30
While only one reference is required for submittal, two manager references will need to be provided during onboarding in order to be compliant with Johns Hopkins requirements.
Required: Maryland and Washington DC RN license
Excellent infusion skills including placement of PIVs from newborn through young adult;
High tech skill- care and use of Central Venous Access Devices including PICCs, Infusaports, and Hickman.
Experience in administering infusions such as IVIG, Remicade, Entyvio;
Pediatric experience working in an infusion suite/clinic, ED, or PICU.
Must have a Valid Maryland drivers’ license and current auto insurance, working vehicle; agree to comply with Maryland law for mandatory seat belt use
Work location is specific to: PG county, Areas of DC, Montgomery County and Southern Howard County.
The RN will provide, coordinate, teach & supervise care for patients in the patient’s home.
Must be able to provide skilled evaluation, treatment & care for pediatric patients (newborn through young adults) in accordance with the State of MD & DC Nursing scope of practice.
