**Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience:• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 22 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)
Floating required to NICU or units within skill set.
Critical Care Experience, ENT, General Surgery, Ortho, Post-Op/Pre-Op,Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, High Frequency Vents, Oscillators, Procedure Sedation, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs, Trach Care, Vents, Blood/Blood Products Administration, CVP, Obtain 12 Lead EKG, Drains, Epidural Pumps, PCA Pumps, PICC/Central Lines, Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care, Syringe Pumps, Traction/Halo/Pin Care, Triple Lumen Catheter, Wound Vac
All candidates who were a previous perm employee of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. No exceptions.
Floating: All travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scop of practice if needed. The facility has a designated float team that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm staff. All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less. In the event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to find transportation to the facility they’re floated to. Traveler’s refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
BLS, Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
