**Experience:• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Pediatric Oncology Unit experience is required from last 3 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
36 hours guaranteed weekly
Every other weekend and holidays.
2 years of experience in an acute & chronic care setting
2 years of solid oncology experience
Attentive to all types of cancer diagnoses.
Administering chemotherapy, blood components, fluid/electrolyte replacements and oncology treatments
Maximum days off: 7 days
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• APHON (APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
