**Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Guaranteed Hours 36
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) Self Scheduling, 12 hr shifts. 7-7.
Weekend Requirements Every other weekend.
Holiday Requirements 2 major holidays, 2 minor depending on contract dates
Is there call or a standby requirement? No, "On Call" SB dependant on fluctuating census
Floating Requirements Yes - to any tele floor - first to float, could float to sister
Beds: 30
Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips Yes - cardiac, heparin, Lasix, bumex, etc.
Must have skills: EKG monitoring - RNs must be able to interpret EKGs.
**Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position - 2 maximum attempts, only - no exceptions
There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation. If they fail they will be sent home and made a DNU for 6 months.
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.

Driver's license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
