**Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience:• 18 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 18 months of Step Down Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission
1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.
Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled.
PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System
Perm reference is required and must be obtained from the past 12 months
Travel reference is required from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experience
PBDS Assessment is wai]=[ved. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.
BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case
Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
Facility does not accept any license hits.
NIHSS - AHA, Apex, AACME, or Bluecloud only.
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
