**Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Transitional Care Unit experience is required from last 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.
Patient Ratios : Standard of 4:1, increases with surge and volume
Type of equipment : Baxter pumps, GE monitors in rooms
Scheduling requirements: Depends on their contract
Floating policy: Travelers are not floated
Patient Experience requirements: Must have good communication and patient experience skills – big focus on both. Must sign attestation. Patients are rounded on by leadership and the expectation is that the nurse will know the patient’s preferred name, have a personal connection, and can verbalize the patient experience focus items – trust and teamwork.
Certifications: Level II trauma center, interventional cardiology, interventional neurology
Requested Skill Set: RN
Certifications Required: TNCC (trauma level II)
Dress Code: (Required uniform): Nurses – navy blue scrubs
Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.
Maximum days off: 10 days
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver's license required
