**Shift: 1:00 PM - 1:30 AM Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Vascular Access Team experience is required from last 4 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Strong peripheral IV skills, ability to place ultrasound IVs, access ports, central line dressing changes, ability to maintain sterile field, strong preference for PICC and midline placement skills
Unit/Department specific orientation will orient to IV therapy department and workflows
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
