Clinical Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with clinical expertise in psychiatric nursing to join our team at our psychiatric hospital. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients with diverse mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

1. Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients with diverse mental health conditions.
2. Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor treatment responses.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
4. Offer therapeutic interventions and support to patients and their families.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Requirements

1. Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing.
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
4. Familiarity with proprietary Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is advantageous.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
6. Must be flexible to work shifts needed by the facility during orientation week.
