Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and assess patient progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
