We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Coordinator to join our home health team. The DME Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring clinicians have the medical supplies needed to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unbox and Organize Medical Supplies: Receive, unpack, and neatly organize incoming medical supplies in the designated storage area.
- Daily Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring supplies are properly labeled and stored.
- Order Preparation: Assemble and prepare inventory orders for clinicians, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of supply requests.
- Inventory Control: Monitor supply usage, anticipate needs, and notify the appropriate team members when stock levels are low.
- Compliance and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace that complies with health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Basic knowledge of medical supplies (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with clinicians and other team members.
