We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Assistant to support the Director of Marketing. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and assisting with marketing projects and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Marketing
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials
  • Handle email and phone communications professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
  • Track deadlines and follow up on project timelines and deliverables
  • Perform data entry, research, and assist with CRM and marketing platforms
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role (marketing support experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
