About the Role
The Emergency Department RN Lead is a critical member of our team, responsible for providing expert nursing care and leadership in our fast-paced ED environment. As an RN Lead, you will be accountable for the delivery of high-quality patient care, while also mentoring and guiding junior staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
- Lead and coordinate the care of critically ill patients, ensuring timely and effective interventions
- Mentor and coach junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements
- 5 years of Acute Care nursing experience
- 2 years of recent experience in the ED
- Current state licensure or registration as per state laws
- CPR (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
