Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of acute care nursing experience, with a focus on operating room procedures in an acute care hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and effective patient care on a per-shift basis
- Lead and supervise clinical staff to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure clinical staff competency and effective resource management
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- 1 year of recent experience in the Operating Room in an Acute Care hospital facility
- Current state licensure or registration as per state laws
- Specialty certifications as required (must meet certification requirements for each supported nursing specialty)
- CPR (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
