About the Role: Trusted Resource Associates is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill an Intermediate Care position in Memphis, Tennessee. This 13-week contract offers flexible scheduling with 36 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a registered nurse in an intensive care unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments, monitor patients' conditions, and make informed decisions regarding their care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and quality care
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, specifically in critical care settings. A minimum of 2 years of experience and recent experience in a nursing specialty within an Acute Care hospital setting are required. Additionally, you must possess current state licensure or registration as per state laws and hold CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
