Job Summary:
A small management company that is in search of a Self-Storage Assistant Property Manager is an energetic, outgoing, and has excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who pays close attention to detail and is able to take initiative with daily tasks. The position is flexible. We are looking for Full Time availability. We ask that all applicants have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Must be a mature self-starter with excellent sales skills and an outstanding customer service attitude.
-Must be willing to work at different locations within the San Antonio area.
- Must be comfortable on a computer.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
- Capable of light maintenance work, for general upkeep of the facility.
- No experience in the storage industry is required, just a can-do attitude!
-Must have reliable transportation/valid DL as the job requires driving to various locations in McAllen and Pharr.
