Responsibilities
- Perform painting tasks including interior and exterior surfaces using various techniques such as airless paint spraying.
- Install fixtures and assist with drywall installation as needed.
- Execute caulking and sealing of surfaces to ensure a finished look and prevent moisture intrusion.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read blueprints accurately to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate material needs for projects.
- Work on construction sites maintaining safety protocols while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Assist with stucco application and finishing as required by specific projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in painting, including industrial painting techniques.
- Familiarity with fixture installation, drywall work, and basic construction practices.
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices is a plus.
- Experience reading blueprints is highly desirable.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team setting are essential for success in this role.
