Responsibilities:
- Understand all if not majority of cannabinoid info/knowledge
-Understand CBD products and know how to sell efficiently and effectively; assisting and consulting customers with their specific needs and desires
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers through and through
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs (background knowledge is necessary for the job)
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system: Lightspeed
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Reliable transportation/personal vehicle
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written (the more languages you know the better!)
- Familiarity with technology sales, including smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices
- Some knowledge/experience with CBD/THC/Mushrooms/Nicotine products is a necessary requirement
- Any type of CBD/Medical Industry experience is a plus
- Ability to learn technical details about products and explain them to customers
