Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and a team of 15-20 employees. This role requires a strong ability to optimize warehouse processes, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Management : Oversee a team of approximately 15-20 employees including inventory specialists, cleaning crew, technicians, and mechanics.
• Shift Management : Develop and implement efficient shift schedules to optimize warehouse productivity.
• Inventory Control : Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Warehouse Operations : Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Delivery Management : Coordinate and oversee all incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and implement process enhancements.
• Safety Compliance : Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
• Equipment Maintenance : Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Performance Management : Set performance goals for the warehouse team and provide regular feedback and coaching.
