Trusting Hands Homecare Agency is urgently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to staff a rewarding school case in Central Islip! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).
About the Case:
- Client: A 7-year-old boy with autism who is diabetic
- Responsibilities: Insulin administration & finger sticks
- Requirements: Must have experience with diabetes management
- Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.
