The responsibilities of this position include leading the overall creative vision and development of marketing strategies and campaigns for Trustmark. This position will direct art, copy and production functions to create innovative and impactful marketing assets that maintain the highest standards of creative excellence while driving customer / prospect engagement and ensuring compliance with brand standards and financial regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities :
- Lead internal and external agency teams in the development of creative strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches to ensure alignment with business goals and identity.
- Lead creative project kick-offs, brainstorm sessions, and develop creative briefs for agency partners and freelancers.
- Utilize creative development tools alongside graphic designers to produce digital ads, print ads, outdoor ads, printed collateral, outdoor signage, and in-branch signage designs.
- Collaborate with media teams to identify high-impact creative units across a wide variety of digital and traditional media platforms.
- Handle the resizing, editing, and updating of previously produced marketing pieces in a variety of formats.
- Maintain the integrity of our visual identity, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital, print, and video materials.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, creative technologies, and marketing innovations to keep our brand at the forefront of the market.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
