About the role
Responsible for developing and implementing email marketing campaigns and managing social media channels in close collaboration with the Associate Director, Digital Marketing, and in alignment with the overall marketing strategy. Creates engaging email content, manages subscriber lists, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. Oversees the day-to-day management of social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving engagement through compelling and relevant content.
Key responsibilities involve digging in and learning about the industry, company and tools as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams,content creators, design, and analytics teams, to align email and social media strategies with broader marketing goals. Continuously monitors and analyzes campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies, including A/B testing, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations. Additionally, stays up to date with industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying new opportunities and emerging platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts. Regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and monitoring key metrics and KPIs are also crucial aspects of this role.Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy, utilizing marketing automation tools, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Create engaging email content, manage subscriber lists, and work with the data team to segment audiences using marketing automation platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels.
- Produce and schedule content, engage with the community, and monitor activities.
- Ensure brand consistency and drive engagement through compelling and relevant content.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing and other teams.
- Work closely with the Associate Directors to ensure email and social media strategies align with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate on content creation, campaign planning, and tracking of KPIs.
- Continuously monitor and analyze email and social media campaign performance.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in email marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and emerging platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on email and social media campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, journalism, advertising, or marketing field.
- 0 – 2 years of digital marketing experience whether through internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
- Highly collaborative, good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong team player that thrives to consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
- Ability to learn new tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sprinklr and Outlook applications.
