About the role
Responsibile for the internal setup and configuration of product offerings on enrollment systems and/or benefits enrollment systems. Responsible for accuracy and delivering client expectations through the enrollment process. Works closely with other internal departments (e.g., Billing, Agency, Implementation, Sales).
Key Accountabilities
- Configures product offerings on enrollment systems and benefit administration systems to required specifications.
- Analyzes and formats files for uploading into system. Configures the initial data intake application and schedules required reporting and EDI file transmissions.
- Participates in employer or broker meetings to review functionality issues or participate in setup strategy discussions. Participate in territory team meetings to provide consultation and recommendations on case build structure to support business needs.
- Resolves and responds to issues detected by Testing. Troubleshoots and resolves case build issues during and after enrollment.
- Performs several validations to ensure case specific design and customization.
- Responsible for Level 1 calls and emails.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0 – 2 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of related experience.
The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):
$27.71 - $40.03 per hour
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
