Project Management Expertise
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and ensure excellence in project delivery. The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight for the governance and guidelines of PMLC, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Key Performance Indicators
- Establish and maintain centralized enterprise-level project reporting
- Work closely with finance, technical, and business teams to ensure reports align with project objectives and KPIs
- Ensure adherence to financial management best practices and accurate tracking of project budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance
- Track post-project benefit realization and run costs are tracked, understood, and reported to stakeholders and executive leadership team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related business experience
- Five years of management experience in project management capacity
- Proven track record of Financial and Risk Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint or similar PPM tool
