This role provides pragmatic, business-minded guidance to all of Trustmark's business units, in a multifaceted position that encompasses contract review, drafting, and negotiation, as well as providing essential legal support, research, and analysis. Engages in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that legal strategies align seamlessly with the broader business objectives. Will be expected to adapt and take on new responsibilities as necessary to meet the evolving needs of Trustmark and the legal department.
Contract Reviewing, Drafting and Negotiations
- Review, negotiate and draft client contracts, Requests for Proposals, and commercial contracts for all of Trustmark business units.
- Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate those risks.

The salary range for this role is the following in Lake Forest, Illinois : $135,000-$150,000
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
