Trustmark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SIAM (Service Integration and Management) Analyst III to join our IT team. As the SIAM Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Service Integration and Management processes and practices across the organization focused on Service Request (Fulfillment), Knowledge Management and Communications. You will work closely with internal teams, external service providers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Service Integration and Management (SIAM) processes and practices for service requests, knowledge management and communications.
- Define and maintain the SIAM framework, including roles, responsibilities, and governance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to establish and maintain effective service integration.
- Ensure seamless coordination and communication between multiple service providers to deliver integrated services.
- Monitor and measure service performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with service providers and vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Facilitate regular service review meetings and drive resolution of any service-related issues.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's IT services and service providers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in SIAM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field or high school education.
- 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Strong Extensive experience leveraging knowledge of SIAM frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery from internal teams and managed services vendors.
- Experience in implementing and managing SIAM processes in a complex IT environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple service providers and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve service-related issues.
- ITIL 4 foundation certification. ITIL 4 specialist is highly desirable is highly desirable.
- Experience with managing KPI’s and contracts with multiple MSP partners to deliver services. contracted services in compliance with contractual expectations.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
The salary range for this role is the following in Lake Forest, Illinois:
$83,077.00 - $154,286.00 per year
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
