In your role as the Learning & Development Manager, you will drive the implementation of training initiatives that promote a culture of ongoing development. You'll design and implement innovative learning solutions that align with our long-term business strategies, enabling Trusties to thrive and grow. From developing engaging training programs to managing our Learning Management System (LMS), you'll work cross-functionally to deliver impactful initiatives that cultivate both individual and organisational growth.
What you'll be doing :
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable learning programs that empower Trustpilot's global workforce and support our long-term vision.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs using the latest methodologies and digital tools.
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure impactful, timely delivery of learning initiatives with measurable results.
- Own the developmental and growth aspects of individual contributors onboarding ensure alignment with Trustpilot's core values and goals.
- Manage our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it's fully leveraged to deliver, track, and report on all learning activities.
- Analyse complex learning challenges and create tailored solutions to meet organisational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to identify learning gaps and develop operational solutions that move the needle.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences, from workshops to digital modules, that inspire continuous personal and professional growth.
- Measure the impact of learning initiatives, using feedback and data to inform ongoing improvement.
- Mentor colleagues, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Promote the learning and development priorities that will help drive Trustpilot's growth, engaging essential stakeholders throughout the organization.
