Translate.One is hiring interpreters for American Sign Language (ASL).

We are specifically looking for an ASL interpreter in the Bridgewater, MA or Boston, MA area as the assignment is in Bridgewater, MA.

Details below:

We are looking for an on-site ASL interpreter for an assignment at a treatment center.

Specific dates:

4/8/25 3pm to 5pm ET

5/6/25 3pm to 5pm ET

They also need additional support 2 hours weekly to help with schoolwork. This is a bit more flexible. They’d want to set a time each week between 8am and 11am or 1pm and 4pm (all times are Eastern Time)

Requirements:

· Previous ASL interpretation experience preferably 2 years

· Degree in interpretation preferred but not required

· Experience in one or all of the following sectors: medical, legal, community, and government services

· Interpretation certifications strongly preferred

· Experience doing onsite and remote interpretation (VRI, OPI)

· Knowledge of interpretation best practices

· Excellent communication skills
