Litigation Attorney

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a dynamic litigation firm in its search for a Defense Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join its busy team. This is a direct hire, hybrid role out of the firm's Woodland Hills offices.

Qualifications of the Defense Litigation Attorney include but are not limited to:

• 4-8 years of defense litigation experience;
• Experience taking and defending depositions, including expert witnesses;
• Active California Bar license, in good standing;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a passion for advocacy.

Responsibilities of the Defense Litigation Attorney include but are not limited to:

• managing defense litigation caseload from inception to resolution;
• drafting quality legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings;
• conducting depositions;
• effectively communicating with clients throughout the litigation process;
• developing and executing defense strategies;
• collaborating with teams;
• appearing at pre-trial matters and hearings.

Billables: 1950

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.

Base salary range: $135,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience

Bonuses.
