What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at TrustPoint International, LLC?
Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a multi-service business law firm in its search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This is a direct hire, on-site role out of the firm's Norfolk, VA offices.
The ideal Litigation Paralegal will have:
- At least four years of civil litigation experience within a law firm;
- Experience with state and federal filing;
- Bachelor's Degree and/or paralegal certificate;
- Proficiency in e-discovery platforms (Everlaw, etc._, Microsoft Office; PACER; Adobe; TABS; Practice Master;
- The ability to manage complex litigation cases; and
- Have an eye for detail!
The firm promotes a supportive and collegial atmosphere and is immediately considering candidates who meet the above requirements.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
Salary ranging from $60K - $78K depending on experience competitive benefits.
