What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Immigration Attorney position at Trustpoint.One?
Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a prestigious Am Law 200 firm in its search for a mid-level associate Business Immigration Attorney to support its busy global immigration and foreign investment practice group. This is a contract, hybrid role and work location can be out of either the Firm's Miami, Florida or Washington, DC office locations.
The Firm offers a warm and friendly work environment, hybrid schedule flexibility, and competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.
Requirements of the Business Immigration Attorney:
- 3-5 years of employment-based immigration experience (focusing on the EB-5 investor visa program).
- Experience working with EB-5 lenders, EB-5 borrowers, banks, regional centers, real estate developers, investors working on direct EB-5 projects, and migration brokers.
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Current bar admission to either Florida or Washington, D.C., in good standing.
Work must be performed in a professional hybrid office setting and requirements include:
- Ability to remain in stationary position for long periods of time (Working at a computer).
- Repetitive movement (computer and keyboard use).
- Occasional lifting (files, copy paper, etc.).

Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000 (annual), commensurate with experience.
