Family Law Attorney (In-Office | Denver, CO)

TrustPoint.One has partnered with a well-established, mid-sized family law litigation firm in Denver, Colorado to find an experienced Family Law Attorney who’s passionate about client advocacy and ready to hit the ground running. This is an in-office role for attorneys who thrive in court, enjoy direct client interaction, and can manage cases independently from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials
• Handle full case lifecycle from intake to resolution
• Draft legal documents and manage discovery (financial, medical records, etc.)
• Lead jury trial preparation and execution
• Conduct legal and investigative research
• Work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
• 2 years of family law experience
• Proven experience in Colorado and Federal Courts
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to manage a busy docket independently and assist team members as needed
• Familiarity with legal research platforms and electronic document systems
