Position: Junior Help Desk Technician
Location: Onsite – Parkersburg, WV
Duration: Temporary (Potential for Permanent Placement)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday)
Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Help Desk Technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting computer issues, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and providing IT support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in their IT career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware/software issues
- Utilize ServiceNow to track and manage IT support tickets
- Follow all safety policies and procedures while working with end-user devices
- Provide onsite technical support 5 days a week (40 hours/week)
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in O365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work onsite in Parkersburg, WV
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in help desk or IT support
- Ability to pass a drug test
