Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with an Am Law 200 civil defense law firm in its search for an Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal. This is a direct hire, full-time, hybrid role out of the Firm's Milwaukee, Wisconsin offices.
Primary duties of the Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal include but are not limited to :
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation related documents;
- Electronic filing with a focus on Federal Court;
- Reviewing documents for privilege and preparing privilege logs;
- Assisting with trial preparation (including out of state trials) - managing logistics, preparing trial notebooks, jury notebooks, and compiling exhibit lists and exhibits.
- Performing other tasks as needed.
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
- Infrequent lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds.
