Job Title: Legal Assistant – Claims & Warranty

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Legal Assistant. This role will primarily support claims and warranty work, including warranty claim assessments, determinations, and some finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a legal background or experience in a legal support role, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of data with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and assess warranty claims, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Conduct claim evaluations and determinations in collaboration with the legal team.
• Utilize Salesforce (Passport) to track and manage cases efficiently.
• Handle data input and administrative tasks, including maintaining Excel spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
• Support financial aspects related to claims processing.
• Interact directly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication.
• Assist the legal team with general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Legal background or experience in a legal assistant or claims-related role.
• Familiarity with warranty claims and legal assessments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (Passport) and Excel (data input, spreadsheets, reporting).
• Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high-volume administrative work with accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
